Downlights/Spot Lights for a room. Select this item per room and then add additional Dowlights from the main menu. 
 
Wiring from the lighting circuit including switch. GU10 downlight with dimmable lamp (bulb) and a switch. Supply and fit.
 
Cut into plasterboard and back filled or 'chased' (cut into) into the wall with white face plates. Walls will be chased and filled with undercoat plaster which will require redecoration. This does not form part of this quote.
 
Floorboards may be lifted and the joists will be drilled through as required.
The wiring will be '2 plate' which means that the circuit loop will be made at the switch.
